Central Mechanical Services was founded in 2019 on a foundation 40+ years in the making. Our Founder spent his career in HVAC field engineering, piping design, and large-scale mechanical systems including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and the kind of complex industrial work most contractors won't touch. He built the playbook. Today, his son Austin carries it forward as Owner and Vice President, leading Central Mechanical into its next chapter.

Under Austin's leadership, the company has grown beyond its commercial roots into a full-service residential division - bringing the same engineering-grade approach to Valley homes that earned the family name in Phoenix's largest mechanical rooms. The mission is simple: one contractor, one phone number, and one standard of work for HVAC, plumbing, and general contracting.

Today our team handles air conditioning repair and replacement, commercial chillers, boilers, rooftop units, full-service plumbing with video line scoping, and preventative-maintenance programs across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, and Buckeye.
